These fittings comply with DIN-2353 and are used for connections in hydraulic piping systems. The sealing cone is 24°. Sealing is achieved using a double-cone and a nut, which is tightened onto the fitting body. There are 3 series:

  • LL series for low pressures
  • L series for medium pressures
  • S Series: ideal for high pressures

Hydraulic fittings with BSP thread adapters:

These fittings conform to ISO 228-1 and are also known as BPS threads (British Standard Pipe), gas threads, parallel threads, or cylindrical threads. NPT threads also exist.

Hydraulic fittings with JIC – UNF thread:

These fittings are for 37° flared tubes. Widely used in the automotive and construction industries.

JIC connector:

37° cone, compatible with different thread standards on the market

UNF Connector:

same type of thread, but without a 37° taper

ORFS threaded hydraulic fittings:

This type of fitting is widely used in machinery of American origin and is characterized by a flat, airtight seal using an O-ring. They are commonly used in the construction industry. Hydraulic fittings are typically made of steel or 316 stainless steel.
