Progressive lubrication distribution systems. Buy at the best price

A progressive lubrication system is a system designed to supply lubricant, through a pump unit, in a controlled and sequential manner to multiple lubrication points on a machine or equipment. These systems are common in the industry to ensure that moving parts are properly lubricated and operate efficiently, preventing premature wear and extending the life of equipment.

A progressive lubrication system uses a series of progressive distributors, up to 10 outputs, that activate in sequence as the machine or equipment operates. These progressive distributors are responsible for directing the flow of lubricant to the different lubrication points in the appropriate order and quantity.

The progressive systems are optimized for use in medium and small machinery, combining the greatest robustness with an unbeatable quality-price ratio for the construction industry, industrial presses, recycling, printing, wind turbines and all types of industries where a controlled lubrication.

They withstand pressures of up to 300 bar. Service temperature -30ºC / 100ºC. Oils with a minimum of 15 cST and greases up to a maximum of NLGI-2 can be used. Progressive lubrication systems can be very useful in industrial environments where there are a large number of lubrication points and it is important to ensure that each point receives the correct amount. adequate lubricant at the right time. This helps optimize machine performance, reduce wear, and minimize downtime due to lubrication issues.

With this system we can verify if a total lubrication cycle has occurred.
