Progressive lubrication distribution systems. Buy at the best price

A progressive lubrication system is designed to deliver lubricant in a controlled and sequential manner to multiple lubrication points on a machine or piece of equipment using a pump unit. These systems are common in industry to ensure that moving parts are properly lubricated and operate efficiently, preventing premature wear and extending equipment life.

A progressive lubrication system uses a series of progressive distributors, up to 10 outlets, which are activated sequentially as the machine or equipment operates. These progressive distributors direct the flow of lubricant to the different lubrication points in the correct order and quantity.

Progressive systems are optimized for use in medium and small machinery, combining maximum robustness with an unbeatable price-quality ratio for the construction industry, industrial presses, recycling, printing, wind turbines and all types of industries where controlled lubrication is required.

They withstand pressures up to 100 bar. Operating temperature: -30°C / 100°C. Oils with a minimum viscosity of 15 cST and greases up to a maximum of NLGI-2 can be used. Progressive lubrication systems can be very useful in industrial environments where there are a large number of lubrication points and it is important to ensure that each point receives the correct amount of lubricant at the right time. This helps optimize machine performance, reduce wear, and minimize downtime due to lubrication problems.

With this system, we can verify if a complete lubrication cycle has occurred.
