Angular forwardings. Buy them online at the best price

An angular gear is a mechanical device used to change the direction, rotation or magnitude of an applied force. It consists of two or more toothed wheels that are connected by a 90º gear.

The forwards can have 2 or 3 axes and each of these axes can have a direction of rotation different from the primary one. Depending on the gear that is mounted, the ratio can vary from 1:1 or 1:2, reducing the revolutions of the primary shaft to half of the secondary shaft or shafts.

The gears have helical conical teeth, made of alloy steel, case-hardened and tempered and guarantee good operation in both directions of rotation. The axles are made of refined and tempered steel. An exception is gearboxes with reduction ratios, in which the input shafts (axis A) are made of alloy steel, case-hardened and ground.

Mechanical transmissions can be very useful when you need to transmit a force or motion through a particular angle, distance or direction. These devices are very accurate and reliable, and are used in a wide variety of industries and applications.

Mechanical angle gear is used in a wide variety of applications, from changing directions to power steering in an automobile. In each case, mechanical forwarding is used to transmit a force or motion from one location to another as efficiently as possible.

One of the most common examples of mechanical gearing is an automobile transmission system, which uses a series of gears and shafts to transfer power from the engine to the wheels. Another example is the transmission used in the steering of a car, which uses a series of gears and rods to translate the movement of the steering wheel into the direction of the wheels.
