25 axis angular transmission

• The gearboxes have been designed for an input speed (axis A) of 1400 rpmEsta This speed, with the applicable power, determines an average life span of 10,000 hours. The input speed is allowed up to 3,000 rpm only for short odos.Los Gearboxes with reduction ratio can also be used as speed multipliers, not exceeding 750 rpm at the input for the 1:2 ratio.
• The allowable temperatures for proper operation of the forwards range between -18°C and +80°C (0°F and 170°F).
• The transmissions are supplied already equipped with lubricant. The 4000 series gearboxes are lubricated with synthetic oil. Since this is lifetime lubrication, there is no need to refill or replace the oil for the entire expected life of the reshipment.
• The gears are GLEASON helical conical teeth made of alloy steel, case-hardened and tempered and guarantee good operation in both directions of rotation.
• The axles are made of refined and tempered steel. An exception is gearboxes with reduction ratios, in which the input shafts (axis A) are made of alloy steel, case-hardened and ground.
• The rotation of the axes is carried out on very large ball bearings. The bearings used in the transmissions are of the highest quality and from the best brands.
