Hydraulic pressure gauges. Buy them online at the best price and with 24/48 hour shipping

Hydraulic pressure gauges are devices used to measure pressure in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. These pressure gauges can be analog or digital. Analog pressure gauges contain a tube filled with liquid glycerin, which is used to dampen vibrations and reduce fluctuation of the pressure gauge needle.

Glycerin acts as a shock absorber that reduces the effect of pressure pulsations and mechanical vibrations in the pressure gauge's measuring tube, allowing for a more accurate and stable reading. Additionally, glycerin also helps lubricate and protect the internal components of the pressure gauge.

The operation of the manometer is carried out through a Bourdon tube, when it receives pressure it extends and transmits a movement to a needle that is described in a sphere previously regulated to an established pressure scale.

Industrial analogue pressure gauges are basically built with a stainless steel casing and you can select the brass or stainless steel fitting or completely stainless steel. Glycerin pressure gauges are commonly used in applications where conditions are difficult, such as in hydraulic and pneumatic systems with vibration, shock or shock, and also in environments with high humidity and temperature. They are installed in any type of industry where it is required to know the pressure being worked on. Mining, food, steel, petrochemical, energy, automotive, domestic.....

Digital pressure gauges are electronic devices that measure and display pressure in digital units instead of using a needle and analog scale. These pressure gauges are increasingly popular due to their accuracy, ease of reading, and ability to store and analyze data.

Digital pressure gauges work by converting the measured pressure into an electrical signal, which is processed and displayed on a digital display. Most digital pressure gauges also include additional features, such as the ability to record and store measurements, the ability to set alarms, and the ability to connect to a computer or control system for data analysis.

Digital pressure gauges are used in a wide range of applications, from measuring pressure in automobile tires to monitoring pressure in industrial systems. They are also used in medical applications to measure blood pressure and in the food industry to measure pressure in food packaging systems.

The scale can vary from 0 to 1000 bar, (see other scales) The spheres can have various diameters, 63, 100, 160 and we can choose between lateral or rear threaded entries. We can also place decorative rings for installation embedded in the machine.
