You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal from receipt of the product. No changes or returns of material will be accepted after the date.
You can request the return of the material by contacting info@disumtec.com and waiting to receive an email with the return authorization.
You have the right to return products if they are defective or do not conform to your order. In this case, the company will cover the costs of the return.
In the event that the product does not meet their expectations and they wish to return it, the customer will assume the shipping costs of the package, notifying our sales department in advance to process the return with our transport agency.
The material must contain all original elements and retain, to the extent possible, its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by original documentation.
Returns of personalized or cut-to-size material will not be accepted.
The client must check the material upon receipt in case any breakage or deterioration occurs during transport and report any differences at the time of receipt.
