This document includes the general conditions of use and operation of Disumtec services and defines your rights and obligations as their client. The contracting of Disumtec products presupposes, in any case, the acceptance of the General Conditions in force at all times.
Disumtec is a registered trademark, as is its logo.
Purchase and sale of products
All products available at Disumtec appear on the screen, and are accompanied by a description of their characteristics and their price, as well as other information of interest. The prices do not reflect the current VAT.
Prices
The prices applicable to the products are those that appear at the time of the order, DO NOT include VAT (21%) and are expressed in Euros.
Offers and promotions on specific products and items will be displayed in the Disumtec offers section or indicated on the product or service sheet and will be valid for 15 days.
If you are a professional client or company established in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, contact us to apply the corresponding tax rate instead of VAT.
Payment Methods
Purchases of Disumtec products can be paid by Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
- Payment by bank transfer.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, once the purchase process is completed, the account number to which you must make the deposit will be sent by email. Include the order number in the concept. Once payment has been made, you must send proof by email to disumtec.com
This payment method has no commission for the client.
For transfers from outside Spain you will need the following information:

- I pay with credit card.
In the case of payment by credit card, you will be redirected to the e-commerce payment gateway. All data provided for these purposes is encrypted under the SSL protocol ("Security Socket Layers") to guarantee maximum security, and cannot be intercepted while traveling through the network. This is an operation between you and the issuing entity of your card, with Disumtec not intervening during the process.
- Pay by Paypal.
Payment by PayPal is the fastest and safest form of online payment. You do not need to provide your card or checking account details, you simply need to be registered with PayPal and indicate your username and password when placing your order.
This payment method has a commission of 3.4% of the sale amount, as Paypal commission. This commission is already reflected at the time of formalizing the order.
Send conditions
Disumtec reserves the right to send orders by the most appropriate means of transportation at all times at its discretion. Unless the client expresses their willingness to use a specific agency. In this case, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
Shipping :
Shipping costs are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer. These expenses are those indicated on the website and will appear duly detailed.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total amount of the purchase (VAT included). The System automatically calculates the default amount, but if it does not correspond to the actual cost, customer service will contact you, before shipping, to confirm the exact cost. If not interested, the client may demand that the amount paid be returned.
The default cost, unless otherwise indicated, will be calculated based on the following table:

It may happen that especially heavy and/or bulky items require an additional expense and, if applicable, the customer will be informed before shipping and accepted, they must make the additional contribution for this reason.
For deliveries to other addresses, request a quote.
Delivery Times
Unless stocks last, orders will be sent immediately and you will have the product within the following periods:
- Peninsula: 2 to 3 business days
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 3 to 7 business days
- Other destinations consult
The delivery times indicated are for guidance only; and Disumtec will do everything in the direction of respecting them and even reducing them. However, as it is a service offered by third parties, it does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
Returns
For all products cut to size, a 10% credit will be applied in the event of a return, to be made under the company's authorization.
