Following our terms of sale and when a return is to be made for reasons beyond our control, the customer must take into account:
- Once you receive the material, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.
- No changes or returns of material will be accepted after the date unless authorized.
- You can request a return of the material by contacting disumtec.com and waiting for an email with the return authorization.
- You have the right to return products if they are defective or do not conform to your order. In this case, the company will cover the return shipping costs with prior authorization.
- If the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs through the chosen shipping agency, subject to prior authorization from Disumtec.
- On the other hand, if the return is due to shipping (damage or damage), for the return to be accepted, the customer must submit a delivery note or claim from the shipping agency within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Otherwise, it will not be accepted. Provided the damage is indicated on the shipping delivery note.
- The material must contain all original components and, to the extent possible, retain its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original documentation.
- Returns of used/tested, customized, or custom-cut materials will not be accepted.
- The customer must review the material upon receipt in case there are any differences with the material requested.
