WELDABLE SPHERICAL
A weldable sphere is designed to be welded to a rigid tube or metal hose, allowing for articulated joining by means of a bolt or pin.
Applications: agricultural, industrial and forestry machinery for closing or joining pipe networks.
Main features:
- 60° conical closure fitting with BSP thread.
- Made of black carbon steel.
- Operating temperature -40 / 150ºC.
- Working pressure 250 bar.
Weldable sphere
The weldable spherical fitting is a mechanical connection element with an eye-shaped spherical geometry, designed to be welded to a tube or rod, allowing for articulated joints using a bolt or pin. Its design facilitates angular mobility and proper alignment in mechanical systems.
It allows the creation of an articulated joint point, facilitating angular movement and avoiding misalignment stresses in linear mechanisms.
Applications
- Pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders
- Industrial machinery
- Motion transmission systems
- Articulated metal structures
- Agricultural and public works equipment
