WELDABLE ADJUSTMENT CONE
The weldable fitting cone is a hydraulic or pneumatic connection component designed to be permanently attached to a tube by welding at one end, while the other end features a polished spherical or conical geometry that allows for a tight seal when coupled with a compatible nut and fitting.
Applications: heavy machinery, petrochemical industry, agriculture.
Main features:
- 60° conical closure fitting with BSP thread.
- Made of carbon steel.
- Operating temperature -40 / 150ºC.
- Working pressure 250 bar.
Cone for weldable adjustment
A weldable fitting cone is a hydraulic or pneumatic connection component designed to be permanently attached to a tube by welding at one end, while the other end features a polished spherical or conical geometry that allows for a tight seal when coupled with a compatible nut and fitting.
Advantages
- Firm and reliable seal
- High resistance to pressure and vibration
- Permanent integration (by going on duty)
Common applications
- Hydraulic systems
- High pressure circuits
- Industrial installations where watertightness and resistance are required
