Liquid thread sealant 53-14

It is a specific adhesive for sealing threaded connections. It forms a seal resistant to liquids, gases and chemicals, preventing leaks in a wide variety of applications.

It is applied directly to the thread before assembling the parts.

Applications: Automotive industry, Chemical industry, Construction, Industrial maintenance.

Technical data sheet:

  • Medium resistance.
  • Approved for gases according to DIN-DVGW cert. NG-5146AU0038-A
  • Easily removable with tool.
  • Working temperature -55?C / 150?C.
  • Handling time 10-20 minutes.
  • Hardening time 1-3 hours.
  • Tightening torque 12-16 N/m
