Magnetic translation cylinders are TR series rodless actuators, whose operation is based on the effect of magnetic attraction between an internal and an external slider that slide along a tube that connects the two cylinder heads.
The large attractive force due to the use of special permanent magnets generates a large translational force that can handle heavy loads. The construction has the advantage over the "band" version that it does not leak to the outside due to the absence of a joint system and can be used in very dusty environments. As standard they are equipped with pneumatic shock absorbers. They can be used with air without lubrication.
These cylinders are hermetically closed, since there are no mechanical joints between the rod and piston, therefore there are no leaks. Long duration. It has reduced dimensions compared to conventional cylinders and has better positioning of the load to be moved.
