PNEUMATIC DISPENSER

The pneumatic dispenser is used to dispense liquid or pasty products using compressed air. The compressed air drives a piston or diaphragm which, in turn, pushes the product through a nozzle.

The dosing units are suitable for pneumatic dosing of products of semi-liquid consistency in the food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

Technical information:

  • They consist of a pneumatic "drive" part of a dosing unit made of INOX-316 steel and a rotary distributor, also made of INOX-316 steel.
  • Available in 2 models with a capacity of 500 and 1000 cc. See other volumes.
  • Equipped with 3 flat brackets for easy mounting to the machine.
  • Outlet connection using CLAMP fitting.
  • Ease of cleaning the components in contact with the product.
  • Dosage adjustment can be made precisely by means of a graduated handwheel located on the driving part.
  • Possibility of ordering with EPDM seals
  • The system can be automated using pneumatic limit switches or inductive sensors placed in the slot (on request)
