TELESCOPIC CYLINDER WITH 2 EXTENSIONS TLDB

TLDB series Telescopic Cylinders are linear actuators that make a stroke greater than the total length of the closed cylinder. The design concept of these cylinders is to insert one cylinder into another, so the choice is made based on the strength of the last extension (the one with the smallest diameter). Based on this, they are made in 2 diameters 32 and 50.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CORRECT OPERATION.

1. The telescopic cylinder is suitable for use in pushing due to the low force developed in return.
2. The moving load must be guided only when the cylinder carries axial loads.
3. The order of the output stage is random, while the return is sequential, from highest to lowest.
4. By increasing the cylinder stroke, the waiting time for the reversal of the movement by driving all extensions increases.
5. Speed regulation can only be done for the return. For the output stroke, it can be adjusted by a pressure regulator on the feed.
6. It is not prepared for use with magnetic sensors.
