MALE THREADED TUBE UNION INSTRUMENTATION
Male threaded tube connection for instrumentation
An instrumentation male threaded tube coupling is designed to connect a tube to a female threaded port using a male thread. It incorporates a compression system that ensures a leak-proof, secure, and vibration-resistant connection without the need for welding.
Applications for measuring, controlling and guiding fluids in pneumatic, hydraulic and process systems.
Main features:
- Pipe fitting for rigid pipe.
- Construction in ASTM A479 Inox-316 stainless steel
- Double cone design; low tightening torque and axial transmission of closing pressure preventing twisting in the tube.
- Front cone heat-treated by nitriding.
- Ideal applications for pneumatic, hydraulic and gas systems.
- Easy disassembly and retightening (silver-coated nut threads to prevent seizing)
- Maximum working pressure 410 bar.
- Operating temperature -54°C / 425°C
