Straight joint tube-tube instrumentation

A straight instrumentation tube fitting is a mechanical connecting accessory designed to securely and leak-proofly join two sections of rigid tubing, commonly used in instrumentation and control systems where high precision, reliability and pressure resistance are required.

Main features:

  • Construction in ASTM A479 Inox-316 stainless steel
  • Double cone design; low tightening torque and axial transmission of closing pressure preventing twisting in the tube.
  • Front cone heat-treated by nitriding.
  • Ideal applications for pneumatic, hydraulic and gas systems.
  • Easy disassembly and retightening (silver-coated nut threads to prevent seizing)
  • Maximum working pressure 410 bar.
  • Operating temperature -54°C / 425°C

Straight joint tube-tube instrumentation

A straight instrumentation tube fitting is a connecting element that allows two rigid tubes to be joined in alignment, without the need for welding, guaranteeing a detachable, airtight and resistant joint.

It is mainly used in instrumentation lines intended for the measurement, control and transmission of fluids.
