An instrumentation oval nut is a type of nut used in high-precision instrumentation tubing connections, where a tight seal is crucial.

Applications: Process control systems, Gas and liquid analysis, Precision hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Chemical and petrochemical industry, Power plants.

  • Front cone heat treated by nitriding.

  • Easy disassembly and retightening (silver coated nut threads to prevent seizure)
  • Maximum working pressure 410 bar.
  • Working temperature -54°C / 425 °C
