UNION TUBE ELBOW MALE THREAD INSTRUMENTATION

A male threaded instrumentation elbow tube union is a fitting for connecting a small diameter rigid tube to a male threaded port, creating a 90º change in direction.

Applications: Petrochemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology, Gas Industry, Laboratories, Automotive and Aerospace.

  • Construction in stainless steel ASTM A479 Inox-316
  • Double-cone design; low tightening torque and axial transmission of closing pressure, preventing tube twisting.
  • Front cone heat treated by nitriding.
  • Ideal applications for pneumatic, hydraulic and gas systems.
  • Easy disassembly and retightening (silver coated nut threads to prevent seizure)
  • Maximum working pressure 410 bar.
  • Working temperature -54°C / 425 °C
