The volumetric grease pump is intended for feeding single-line lubrication systems with volumetric metering valves.

Applications: Industrial machinery, Centralized lubrication systems, Agricultural equipment

Main features:

  • Tank capacity 2 or 3 liters.
  • Available voltages: 24 VDC, 115 VAC and 220 VAC.
  • 1/4" BSP threaded outlet.
  • Pressure 20 bar.
  • Acceptable fat types of NLGI 00 and NLGI 000 consistency
  • Operating temperature 0/50ºC
  • Option to serve with a timer.

Description

Volumetric grease pump

A volumetric grease pump is a device designed to dose and supply precise amounts of lubricating grease to different points of a mechanical system, in a controlled and repetitive manner.

The pump is PLC-controlled. It includes a manual button for intermediate lubrication, an LED indicating input voltage, and an LED indicating pump operation. It also features a pressure switch for pressure control and a minimum electrical level sensor. The pressure gauge reads 60 bar.
