The volumetric oil lubrication pump is intended for supplying single-line lubrication systems with volumetric metering valves.

Applications: Industrial machinery, Centralized lubrication systems, Hydraulic equipment

  • Available voltages: 24 VDC, 115 VAC and 220 VAC.
  • 1/4" BSP threaded outlet.
  • Pressure 20 bar.
  • Permissible oils from 50 to 1000 mm²/s
  • Operating temperature 0/50ºC
  • Option to serve with a timer.

Description

Volumetric oil lubrication pump

A volumetric oil lubrication pump is a mechanical device designed to supply a precise and constant amount of lubricating oil to one or more points in a system, regardless of pressure variations.

The pump is PLC-controlled. It includes a manual button for intermediate lubrication, an LED indicating input voltage, and an LED indicating pump operation. It also features a pressure switch for pressure control and a minimum electrical level sensor. The pressure gauge reads 60 bar.

  • Precise dosing: always delivers the same amount of oil per cycle.
  • Independent of pressure: the flow rate does not depend on the resistance of the circuit.
  • High reliability: widely used in automatic lubrication systems.
