Volumetric oil lubrication pump
A volumetric oil lubrication pump is a mechanical device designed to supply a precise and constant amount of lubricating oil to one or more points in a system, regardless of pressure variations.
The pump is PLC-controlled. It includes a manual button for intermediate lubrication, an LED indicating input voltage, and an LED indicating pump operation. It also features a pressure switch for pressure control and a minimum electrical level sensor. The pressure gauge reads 60 bar.
Main features
- Precise dosing: always delivers the same amount of oil per cycle.
- Independent of pressure: the flow rate does not depend on the resistance of the circuit.
- High reliability: widely used in automatic lubrication systems.
- Cyclical operation: can be manual, mechanical or electrically driven.
Common applications
- Industrial machinery
- Centralized lubrication systems
- Hydraulic equipment
- Engines and transmissions
