RESISTIVE INJECTOR FOR FJB STRIP
Resistive injector for FJB strip
An FJB resistive injector for power strips is used for current limiting and control in industrial electrical circuits. It allows for safe and reliable integration within the power strip, ensuring the correct operation and protection of associated electrical components.
Applications: Electrical panels, Control and automation systems, Industrial electrical installations.
Main features :
- Recommended oil 50-500 cSt.
- 5/16" strip thread
- A Ø4 tube is recommended
Resistive injector for FJB strip
The FJB resistive injector for terminal blocks is installed in an oil-lubricated system. It can be mounted on single-sided or double-sided terminal blocks, or directly at the point to be lubricated. For proper operation, the line pressure should not be less than 2 bar or exceed 15 bar.
Main features
- Compatible with FJB type power strips
- Resistive function for current control
- Direct installation on the power strip
- Compact design
- Industrial use
Operation
This injector incorporates a non-return valve to maintain residual pressure during intervals, a filter to prevent contaminants in the bearings, and a metering shaft. When the pump is operating, oil reaches the shaft, and the injector's discharge is determined by the shaft's dimensions. The discharge and flow direction are indicated on the injector body.
The injector can be mounted on rails or directly on the lubrication point. It is recommended to use one injector for each lubrication point, depending on the machine's requirements.
By installing an auxiliary filter in the main line, we will prevent possible impurities from clogging the injector.
