CONICAL BRASS OVAL

Small conical brass oval

It is a small metal component with an oval ring shape and a conical surface, usually made of brass, a corrosion-resistant material with good ductility.

Its main function is to ensure a hermetic seal between two pipes or hoses, mainly made of copper, aluminum, steel, or brass.

Applications: hydraulic and pneumatic installations, cooling and heating systems, compressed air networks, automotive industry, agriculture

Technical specifications:

  • Made of nickel-plated brass UNI-EN 12164CWG14N.
  • Good resistance to pressure and working temperature.
  • Tapered thread 1507 - DIN 2999 and cylindrical thread ISO 228.
  • Max. working pressure 110 bar up to Ø 8 mm, 60 bar from Ø 10 to 18 mm.
  • Suitable for copper, iron, aluminum, brass, PA, and PU tubes
