T-TUBE, NUT, AND BICONE UNION
Union Tee tube nut and bicone
A T-joint, tube, nut, and bicone fitting is a mechanical connection accessory used to join three tubes forming a T-shaped branch, using a nut and bicone system that ensures a firm and watertight joint.
Main features :
- Made of nickel-plated brass UNI-EN 12164CWG14N.
- Good resistance to pressure and working temperature.
- Tapered thread 1507 - DIN 2999 and cylindrical thread ISO 228.
- Max. working pressure 110 bar up to Ø 8 mm, 60 bar from Ø 10 to 18 mm.
- Suitable for copper, iron, aluminum, brass, PA, and PU tubes
Union Tee tube nut and bicone
The pipe, nut, and bicone union is a metal fitting that allows three pipe lines to be connected, where each union is made by compressing the bicone when tightening the nut onto the pipe, guaranteeing a seal without the need for welding.
Its function is to create a branch in a pipeline, ensure watertightness and mechanical resistance , and allow for easy assembly and disassembly.
Applications
- Branching of pneumatic or hydraulic lines
- Secure connection of rigid pipes
- Industrial air or fluid installations
- Control and automation systems
- Assemblies that require high sealing and resistance
