Straight union for pipe, tapered thread, nut and bicone

A straight pipe fitting with a tapered thread, nut, and bicone is a connector used to join a rigid pipe to a threaded component or port, ensuring a tight and leak-proof connection. It consists of the body with a tapered thread, a compression nut, and the bicone fitting.

Applications: lubrication lines, light hydraulics and low/medium pressure pneumatics.

Main features:

  • Made of nickel-plated brass UNI-EN 12164CWG14N.
  • Good resistance to pressure and working temperature.
  • Tapered thread 1507 - DIN 2999 and cylindrical thread ISO 228.
  • Max. working pressure 110 bar up to Ø 8 mm, 60 bar from Ø 10 to 18 mm.
  • Suitable for copper, iron, aluminum, brass, PA, and PU tubes
