Straight union of tube, female thread, nut and bicone

A straight female threaded pipe union with nut and bicone fitting is designed to connect a rigid or semi-rigid pipe to a female threaded port in a straight line. The nut and bicone system ensures a tight and leak-proof seal through compression, providing a reliable, strong, and leak-free connection without the need for welding.

Applications: light hydraulic circuits, pneumatics, lubrication and industrial applications where a robust and durable connection is required.

Main features:

  • Made of nickel-plated brass UNI-EN 12164CWG14N.
  • Good resistance to pressure and working temperature.
  • Tapered thread 1507 - DIN 2999 and cylindrical thread ISO 228.
  • Max. working pressure 110 bar up to Ø 8 mm, 60 bar from Ø 10 to 18 mm.
  • Suitable for copper, iron, aluminum, brass, PA, and PU tubes
