Straight union of tube, nut and bicone

A straight tube union with nut and bicone is a compression fitting that linearly connects a rigid tube to a hydraulic/pneumatic component or line.

Main features:

  • Made of nickel-plated brass UNI-EN 12164CWG14N.
  • Good resistance to pressure and working temperature.
  • Tapered thread 1507 - DIN 2999 and cylindrical thread ISO 228.
  • Max. working pressure 110 bar up to Ø 8 mm, 60 bar from Ø 10 to 18 mm.
  • Suitable for copper, iron, aluminum, brass, PA, and PU tubes

Description

Straight union of tube, nut and bicone

The system is based on a compression nut and a bicone that, when tightened, deform and hold the tube against the fitting body, generating a firm and airtight metallic seal , even under pressure.
