TUBE AND METRIC UNION

A metric Y-tube union is a connector designed to quickly and securely join three tubes of the same diameter using an instant connection system.

Applications: Food and beverage processing systems, Filling and packaging equipment, CIP (Cleaning In Place) systems, Pasteurization and sterilization equipment, Food and beverage dispensing systems, Dairy, meat, and bakery processing machinery, etc.

Technical sheet:

  • High-performance instant fitting for food use.
  • Working pressure -1/20 bar
  • Serving temperature -20 / 90ºC
  • Body and clamp in POM (acetal resin), E-PDM seals (suitable for contact with food)
  • Available tube diameters 4-6-8-10-12 (metric series) and 5/32-3/16-1/4-5/16-3/8-1/2 (inch series)
  • They can be connected to rigid pipes such as stainless steel, dekabon or copper.
  • Available threads 1/8-1/4-3/8-1/2 (metric series) and 1/8NPT-1/4NPT-3/8NPT-1/2NPT (inch series)
  • They offer better performance than other models available on the market.
  • Approved in accordance with directive 200//95/EC RoHS and 1907/2006 and other European regulations.
