Metric tube locking safety clip

The metric tube locking safety clip is a retaining accessory designed to secure the tube in quick-connect pneumatic fittings, preventing accidental release due to vibrations, pulling, or pressure variations.

Main features:

  • High-performance food-grade safety clip.
  • Lock the anchoring system to prevent possible leaks and escapes.
  • Working pressure -1 / 20 bar
  • Serving temperature -20 / 90ºC
  • Body and clamp in POM (acetal resin), seals E-PDM (suitable for contact with food)
  • Available tube diameters: 4-6-8-10-12 (metric series) and 5/32-3/16-1/4-5/16-3/8-1/2 (inch series)
  • They can be connected with rigid tubes such as stainless steel, dekabon or copper.
  • Available threads: 1/8-1/4-3/8-1/2 (metric series) and 1/8NPT-1/4NPT-3/8NPT-1/2NPT (inch series)
  • They offer better performance than other models available on the market.
  • Approved in accordance with Directive 200/95/EC RoHS and 1907/2006 and other European regulations.

Metric tube locking safety clip

The metric tube locking safety clip is designed to prevent accidental disconnection of the tube.

It installs easily by snapping it around the fitting's release ring, mechanically locking the disconnect system. It's made of high-strength, lightweight, and durable engineering plastic, and is compatible with standard metric tubing.
