HOT AIR SUCTION AND DISCHARGE HOSE FOR 10 BAR CISTERN

The 10 bar hot air suction and discharge hose for tankers is a high-strength, flexible hose specifically designed for handling dry, hot air under positive or negative pressure (vacuum). Its primary use is in tankers transporting bulk materials (powders, granules) that require loading or unloading by blowing or suction of air at elevated temperatures, thanks to its corrugated cover.

Applications: Pneumatic conveying of bulk materials, food industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, drying systems.

  • Inner tube: heat-resistant white EPDM rubber
  • Reinforcement: High-tenacity synthetic braid. Double steel spiral
  • Outer cover: weather-resistant black EPDM rubber
  • Temperature: -20ºC to +180ºC (peaks up to 240ºC)
  • Great flexibility
  • Maximum suction 90%
