VBS Fluidifier
A VBS fluidizer improves the flow of bulk materials, such as powders, grains, or small particles, within silos, hoppers, or pipelines. By combining ventilation with gentle vibrations, these units prevent bridging or arching, ensuring a continuous flow of material.
Applications: a variety of industries, including food, chemical, plastics, mining, and pharmaceutical.
Technical specifications:

VBS fluidizer
The VBS fluidizer combines material venting at pressures up to 6 bar with gentle vibration of the tank or silo wall (see technical data sheet for size, placement, and quantity requirements). Thanks to the materials used in its construction, damage to the silo structure is prevented (even with abrasive materials). An additional non-return valve is not required because, due to the working pressure of 2 to 6 bar (29-87 PSI), no material can enter the area beneath the elastic silicone lip (FDA approved). FDA approval makes these vibro-fluidizers suitable for the food industry. To meet more specific consumer requirements, a version with a stainless steel shaft (VBI) is available.
Operation
Compressed air is introduced into the material directly through the silicone lip that adheres to the silo's inner wall. The vibration intensity is regulated by the included operating pressure, between 2 and 6 bar.
