ADJUSTABLE F PISTON VIBRATOR

The adjustable F piston vibrator is particularly suited to conveying, condensing and separating powdery material thanks to perfectly linear, high-amplitude vibrations. It achieves optimum results when emptying hoppers or as a vibrator for vibrating conveyor belts or vibratory feeders. Thanks to its adjustability, this vibrator can be adapted to a wide variety of materials and applications.

Adjustable F piston vibrators are used in a wide range of industries including food industry, chemical industry, mining and construction.

Operation:

F-type piston vibrators produce linear vibration movements with a high amplitude of oscillations. We can fix the vibrator on a hopper, on the piston, and by adding oscillating weights on the piston, we have numerous variants regarding amplitude and frequency. Hence they are adjustable. The frequency is adjusted according to the operating pressure.
