The P-type continuous impact external pneumatic industrial vibrators are particularly robust and are used to dislodge encrusted materials inside pipelines or hoppers. In areas where noise prevention is not a priority, P-type vibrators are the most economical solution. They run on filtered compressed air.
Functioning
P piston vibrators produce an extremely high impact force and are particularly used in silos, hoppers, transport tubes to prevent the formation of ridges, bridges and rat holes, bulk products that tend to stick to the wall. In addition, they can be used as fluidization systems, to separate materials, for transportation and to prevent tamping, or to clean filters. They are also used with wet or electrostatic powders, clay, plastics, sludge or manure.
