AIRMATIC VOLUMETRIC PNEUMATIC PUMP
The Airmatic pneumatic volumetric pump is a device designed for transferring, pumping, and dosing fluids, especially oils, lubricants, and other medium- to high-viscosity liquids. It operates using compressed air, which powers an internal mechanism capable of displacing a specific volume of product in each work cycle, ensuring a constant and precise supply.
Operation
The AIRMATIC pump is a single-acting pump that requires a 3/2-way valve for pilot operation. The oil discharge cycle begins after compressed air enters the pump. Oil is drawn into the tank after the air circuit is decompressed using a return spring. When used with volumetric metering pumps, the pump is equipped with a decompression block that allows the pumps to reset after the air circuit is vented to the atmosphere.
Applications
- Centralized industrial lubrication systems.
- Production and machining machinery.
- Equipment with multiple lubrication points.
- Installations that require precise oil dosing
