PNEUMATIC GREASE PUMP SPRAYING

Pneumatic Lubricationpump for spraying.

The SPRAYMIST pump allows the spraying of different liquids in various jobs such as: metal machining, cooling of molds for rectification, lubrication of chains, bands and cutting tools, spraying in injection molds, etc.

The unit is very compact and includes a filter with purge, a pressure regulator, a pressure gauge, a solenoid valve (voltage to choose) and a liquid tank with filter. Through a double duct, the air and liquid are transported separately until they reach the nozzle for spraying. For certain applications the SPRAYMIST system can be used to feed a lubrication circuit with resistive dispensers.

Functioning:

The SPRAYMIST spray unit is a liquid reservoir under air pressure. The compressed air, filtered and reduced to the desired pressure, exerts pressure directly on the liquid. The two air elements and the liquid are transported under pressure in the DUO pipes. Start-up is carried out by means of a solenoid valve incorporated in the unit that opens the air inlet. The regulation of the spray is carried out by means of a needle bypass incorporated in the body of the sprayer.

• Air consumption in operation at 2 bar; 30l/min/spray approx.
