Pressure limiting valve

An in-line pressure limiting valve is a safety component that is installed directly on the piping of a hydraulic system to limit the maximum allowable pressure in the circuit.

When the fluid pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve opens automatically and diverts part of the flow to a return or discharge, preventing damage to pumps, hoses, actuators and other system components.

Applications: construction, agriculture, industrial machinery, hydraulic systems of vehicles and mobile machinery.

Description

Pressure limiting valve

A pressure relief valve is an in-line hydraulic device that limits system pressure by diverting excess fluid when a preset value is exceeded, thus protecting circuit components. When the pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve opens automatically and diverts the excess flow to the return line, stabilizing the pressure and preventing overloads.
