SAE100 R7 DOUBLE HOSE

The SAE100 R7 twin hose is a hydraulic hose for use in medium-pressure applications. It consists of two inner layers of textile reinforcement that increase strength and pressure capacity compared to the standard version.

Ideal for applications where good maneuverability, compatibility with synthetic hydraulic fluids and reliable performance in confined spaces are required.

Main features:

  • Inner tube: thermoplastic polymer.
  • Reinforcement: high-strength synthetic fiber braid.
  • Cover: Black polyurethane.
  • Temperature -40º/+100ºC
  • Complies with SAE standards

SAE100 R7 double hose

The SAE100 R7 twin hose is a flexible conduit designed to work with high pressures and synthetic, mineral and glycol-based hydraulic fluids, meeting the SAE-100 R7 standard.

It consists of two independent inner layers ( double hose ) that allow two parallel hydraulic lines to be fed from a single unit, optimizing space and facilitating installation in compact equipment. Each hose incorporates a high-strength synthetic textile reinforcement and a thermoplastic outer cover resistant to abrasion, oils, chemicals, and demanding environmental conditions.

  • Complies with SAE-100 R7 standard.
  • Double textile mesh for greater pressure resistance.
  • Thermoplastic inner tube compatible with hydraulic oils and synthetic fluids.
  • Polyurethane outer cover, resistant to abrasion and aging.
