Food grade suction hose 10 bar

A 10 bar food-grade suction hose is defined as a non-toxic, mandrel-shaped tube for the suction and discharge of food-grade liquids, such as milk, oil, wine, juice, and beer. Maximum suction: 90%.

Main features:

  • Internal sterilization with soda (5%) and steam up to 120ºC (for a maximum of 30 minutes).
  • Phthalate-free hose.
  • Temperature -30ºC / 80ºC.
  • Working pressure: 10 bar.
  • Inner tube: White, harmless NBR synthetic rubber.
  • Reinforcement: High-tenacity synthetic braid. Steel spiral.
  • Outer cover: Blue NBR synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion and weathering. Surface with a fine fabric print.

The selection is by inner diameter.

Food grade suction hose 10 bar

A 10 bar food suction hose is a flexible pipe designed to suction and transport liquid, semi-liquid or light solid food products (water, drinks, dairy products, juices, flours, granules, etc.).

It is made with materials approved for food contact (such as food-grade PVC, PU, NBR rubber or EPDM), and usually incorporates a rigid reinforcement.

This hose guarantees hygiene, abrasion resistance, good stability under vacuum and safe handling in food and processing industries.
