A 10 bar food pressure hose is a non-toxic tube constructed with a mandrel for pumping food liquids, such as milk, oil, wine, juice and beer.

Main features:

  • Internal sterilization with soda (5%) and steam up to 120ºC (for a maximum of 30 minutes).
  • Phthalate-free hose.
  • Temperature -30ºC / +80ºC
  • FDA Food Standard 177/2600
  • Inner tube: White, harmless NBR synthetic rubber.
  • Reinforcement: High-tenacity synthetic braiding.
  • Outer cover: Blue NBR synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion and weathering. Surface with a fine fabric print.

A 10 bar food-grade pressure hose is a flexible conduit designed to deliver, transfer, or pump liquid, semi-liquid, or beverage products under positive pressure . It is made from food-grade materials (such as EPDM or NBR) and complies with health regulations such as FDA standards.
