FLEXIBLE FOOD GRADE HOSE 10 BAR

The 10 bar flexible food-grade hose is used for food-grade pumping and suction applications. It is a non-toxic, food-grade hose for pumping and suction of food-grade beverages and chemicals with up to 99% alcohol.

Applications: transport of various food products (water, milk, beers, wines, oils, juices, etc.), as well as detergents and CIP cleaning systems.

Main features:

  • Non-toxic tube constructed from mandrel
  • Sterilized interior with lye (5%) and steam up to 120ºC
  • Great flexibility due to its corrugated cover.
  • Inner tube: White rubber with UHMW-PE inner lining.
  • Reinforcement: Textile braiding and double spiral of metal wire. Copper wire for discharge.
  • Outer cover: Blue EPDM rubber. Corrugated finish.
  • Phthalate-free hose.
  • Working pressure 10 bar.
  • Temperature -20ºC / 80ºC
  • Standard: FDA 177-2600 and USP VI Pharma
