A stainless steel 316 weldable fitting (Fig. 149) is a threaded fitting used to permanently join two pipes or tubes of the same diameter by welding, allowing the flow of liquids or gases. It is a cylindrical piece with a female thread on one end and a bevel on the other end for welding.

Applications: Food and pharmaceutical industry, Chemical industry, Oil and gas industry, Water treatment, Heating and cooling systems.
