SUREMATIC GREASE PUMP

It is a single-acting, pneumatically controlled piston pump. It is designed for Lubricationfeeding, progressive system, equipped with a minimum level electrical control and large refill connection.

FUNCTIONING

The SUREMATIC pump must be piloted with a 3/2-way valve. The flow rate is adjustable by modifying the stroke of the regulation screw.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Tank capacity, 2 - 3 - 5 Kg.
  • Air pressure 3-10 bar.
  • Pressure ratio 18/1.
  • Outlet pressure 180 bar (max)
  • Flow rate per stroke, adjustable from 1 to 8 cm³

  • Grease to use; grade 000 to grade 2
