Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

The customer will have a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Once the period of fifteen (15) business days has ended, Disumtec will not accept returns due to withdrawal of product purchases.

The Client will not have the right to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, in particular, by way of example and not limitation, in the following cases: (i) products made in accordance with the client's specifications or clearly personified; (ii) daily press, periodicals and magazines; and (iii) services whose execution begins, with the agreement of the client and/or User, prior to the end of said period of ten (10) business days.

In the event of withdrawing from the purchase of a product, the following requirements must be met:

  1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain the instructions, documentation, accessories and, to the extent possible, its original packaging and labeling.
  2. The return to Disumtec must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in some similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
  3. A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note for the products must be included inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.

If the reason for the return is not attributable to Disumtec, the customer will assume the return shipping costs.

Once the client has completed the established return procedure, Disumtec will schedule the collection of the products and will inform the client by email of the date and time when said collection will occur.

Disumtec will not be responsible for the costs and expenses incurred by the customer for product returns that occur without following the established procedure.

Refund of the price of products and Services to the customer

The customer will not have the right to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, if the procedure has not been followed or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met.

Partial returns of an order will result in partial price refunds.

Disumtec will manage the price refund order using the same payment system used by the customer to purchase the products, within a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the price refund to the customer's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The period for applying the price refund will be up to seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards.

Return of defective products

Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 11 below and any other rights that may apply, the Partner will have the right to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the customer.
