Brass conical oval

It is a small metal component with an oval ring shape and a conical surface, generally made of brass, a material resistant to corrosion and with good ductility.

Its main function is to ensure the hermetic connection between two pipes or hoses, mainly made of copper, aluminum, steel or brass.

Applications: hydraulic and pneumatic installations, cooling and heating systems, compressed air networks, automotive industry, agriculture

  • Made of nickel-plated brass UNI-EN 12164CWG14N.
  • Good resistance to pressure and working temperature.
  • Conical thread 1507 - DIN 2999 and cylindrical ISO 228.
  • Max. working pressure 110 bar up to Ø 8 mm, 60 bar from Ø 10 to 18 mm.
  • Suitable for copper, iron, aluminum, brass, PA, PU pipes
