ELBOW PIPE NUT AND BICONE UNION
elbow, pipe, nut, and bicone union
The elbow, pipe, nut, and bicone fitting is a compression fitting designed to connect a rigid or semi-rigid pipe using a nut and bicone system and to deflect the pipe at a 90° angle. The bicone fits around the pipe when the nut is tightened, creating a secure seal and a connection resistant to vibration and pressure.
Main features:
- Made of nickel-plated brass UNI-EN 12164CWG14N.
- Good resistance to pressure and working temperature.
- Tapered thread 1507 - DIN 2999 and cylindrical thread ISO 228.
- Max. working pressure 110 bar up to Ø 8 mm, 60 bar from Ø10 to 18mm.
- Suitable for copper, iron, aluminum, brass, PA, and PU tubes
elbow, pipe, nut, and bicone union
The elbow, tube, nut, and bicone fitting is a compression fitting designed to connect a rigid or semi-rigid tube using a nut and bicone system, also allowing the direction of the conduit to be changed by 90°.
The bicone is compressed onto the tube when the nut is tightened, creating a secure seal that is resistant to pressure, vibration, and traction.
Main features
- Angle: 90° elbow.
- It provides a firm, watertight and mechanically resistant bond.
- Suitable for hydraulic fluids, compressed air and lubricants.
- Usually made of brass.
- Ideal for small spaces or routes with changes in direction.
Applications
- Low and medium pressure hydraulic installations.
- Industrial pneumatics.
- Automatic lubrication equipment and lines.
- Machinery, instrumentation and automation.
- Connections in areas where a 90° turn of the pipe is required.
