SINGLE-ACTING PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

Single acting pneumatic actuator. It is used for the control and regulation of butterfly, ball, gate valves, etc., with different maneuvers and diameters between DN 15 and DN 1000.

  • External regulation of the opening of a wide range of models ranging from 9 to 48833 Nm.
  • Polyester epoxy caps, chemical nickel shaft, AISI 316 body or hard anodized.
  • Power: Filtered, dry or lubricated compressed air,
  • Minimum pressure 2.5 bar, maximum pressure 10 bar.
  • Lubrication carried out in the factory and guaranteed for a minimum of 1.000.000 maneuvers.
  • Finishing the inner surface of the body (Ra 0.4-0.6 um) to minimize friction and maximize actuator life.
  • Sliding pads made of low friction coefficient material (LAT LUB) to avoid metal-metal contact, easily replaceable for maintenance.
  • Double lower drilling for anchoring and centering the valve according to ISO 5211 and DIN 3337.
  • Female square shaft lower connection according to ISO 5211/DIN 3337 for mounting at 45° or 90° either.
  • Direct mounting of solenoid valve according to NAMUR standard.
  • Assembly of accessories according to NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845 standard.
  • Working temperature: -20°C to +80°C.
  • External body protection: Hard Anodized. 500 hours
  • Salt fog chamber according to ASTMB117-73.
  • External protection covers: Epoxy-Polyester Coating.
  • Stroke limiter on opening and closing.
  • 100% operation and tightness control through an electronic system with certification.
