Double acting pneumatic actuator

  • External regulation of the opening of a wide range of models ranging from 9 to 48833 Nm.
  • Polyester epoxy caps, chemical nickel shaft, AISI 316 body or hard anodized.
  • They are used for the control and regulation of butterfly, ball, gate valves, etc., with different operating torques and diameters ranging from DN 15 to DN 1000.
  • Power: Filtered, dry or lubricated compressed air,
  • Minimum pressure 2.5 bar, maximum pressure 10 bar.
  • Lubrication carried out in the factory and guaranteed for a minimum of 1.000.000 maneuvers.
  • Finishing the inner surface of the body (Ra 0.4-0.6 um) to minimize friction and maximize actuator life.
  • Sliding pads made of low friction coefficient material (LAT LUB) to avoid metal-metal contact, easily replaceable for maintenance.
  • Double bottom drilling for anchoring and centering the valve according to ISO 5211 and DIN 3337.
  • Lower connection female square shaft according to ISO 5211/DIN 3337 standard for mounting at 45° or 90° either.
  • Direct mounting of solenoid valve according to NAMUR standard.
  • Accessories assembly according to NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845 standard.
  • Working temperature: -20°C to +80°C.
  • External body protection: Hard Anodized. 500 hours
  • Salt fog chamber according to ASTMB117-73.
  • External protection covers: Epoxy-Polyester coating.
  • Stroke limiter on opening and closing.
  • 100% operation and tightness control through an electronic system with certification.
