NICKEL-PLATED BRASS NON-RETURN VALVE
Non-return valve, nickel-plated brass
A nickel-plated brass non-return valve is a mechanical device that allows fluid to flow in only one direction and prevents its return, protecting installations and equipment.
Applications: water, air, gas or other compatible fluid systems.
Main features:
- Body in nickel-plated brass.
- NBR gasket PN 20 bar.
- Stainless steel spring.
- Opening pressure 0.05 bar.
- Temperature -10ºC / +70ºC
Non-return valve, nickel-plated brass
A nickel-plated brass check valve is an automatic, non-manually operated valve, primarily made of brass and coated with nickel. It is installed in liquid or gas pipelines to prevent backflow, ensuring unidirectional flow of the fluid in the direction indicated on the valve body. It must be installed respecting the flow direction indicated by an arrow on the body.
Main function
It allows fluid to flow when the pressure is in the correct direction and closes automatically when the pressure drops or reverses. This prevents network contamination, damage to pumps and compressors, water hammer, and loss of pressure or performance.
Common applications
- Hydraulic and pneumatic installations
- Drinking water systems
- Heating and air conditioning networks
- Compressed air circuits
- Industrial and irrigation systems
