The Clamp BS-4825-3 blanking cap is a stainless steel sanitary fitting used to close or seal the end of a Clamp connection conforming to British Standard BS 4825-3.

Applications: food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Clamp Blanking Cap BS-4825-3

The BS-4825-3 Clamp blanking cap is a sanitary component designed to seal clamp-type connections in process installations. It is used to seal pipe ends, valves, or equipment when not in use, ensuring hygiene and safety in the pipeline.

Manufactured in accordance with BS 4825-3 , it ensures dimensional compatibility with British clamp systems used in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Recommendations

For proper sealing, use in conjunction with:

  • Compatible clamp gasket (EPDM, silicone, PTFE, FKM depending on application)
  • Clamp suitable for the diameter
