METRIC BUSHINGS

A metric bulkhead is a type of connector designed to quickly and securely join a tube (usually flexible, used to transport fluids in the food industry) through a panel or wall, using an instant connection system and a metric thread to fix the fitting to the panel.

Technical sheet:

  • High-performance instant fitting for food use.
  • Working pressure -1/20 bar
  • Serving temperature -20 / 90ºC
  • Body and clamp in POM (acetal resin), E-PDM seals (suitable for contact with food)
  • Available tube diameters 4-6-8-10-12 (metric series) and 5/32-3/16-1/4-5/16-3/8-1/2 (inch series)
  • It can be connected to rigid pipes such as stainless steel, dekabon or copper.
  • Available threads 1/8-1/4-3/8-1/2 (metric series) and 1/8NPT-1/4NPT-3/8NPT-1/2NPT (inch series)
  • It offers better performance than other models available on the market.
  • Approved in accordance with directive 200//95/EC RoHS and 1907/2006 and other European regulations.
