The Q20 chemical hose is a flexible and durable hose, designed to carry a wide range of aggressive chemicals.

It can be used for chemical transfer, container filling and emptying, equipment cleaning, and irrigation.

  • Mandrel-shaped tubing for use with a wide range of chemicals.
  • Very flexible and manageable.
  • Inner tube: UPE rubber resistant to most chemicals.
  • High-tenacity synthetic braid.
  • Weather-resistant EPDM rubber outer cover. Green color.
  • Safety factor 3:1
  • Working pressure 20 bar.
  • Temperature -25ºC / 100ºC

Q20 hose for chemicals

The Q20 chemical hose is a high-strength flexible pipe specifically designed for the safe pumping and transport of a wide range of corrosive and aggressive chemicals, offering an excellent combination of chemical resistance, flexibility, and safety.

Its manufacture using an inner tube of UPE rubber provides high resistance to numerous chemical agents, while its high tenacity textile reinforcement guarantees good pressure resistance during service.
